Can anyone other than me drive the car?

Yes an additional drive can be added on with a minimal charge. The counter staff is to be informed at the time of the rental and documents such as passport and valid driving license to be submitted.

Can I tow with a Quicklease car?

No. Towing is a violation of the rental agreement and is not permitted under any circumstances.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A FINE?

Hirer is responsible for any fines issued to the vehicle by the police or other government authorities or by private companies. In addition, hirer will be held responsible if they used the vehicle to transport any forbidden items, which are considered illegal as per any of the country’s laws. If the car is confiscated for any reason, the hirer should also continue to pay the full amount of the contracted rental rate until an arrangement is reached between the hirer and the rental office. In case of the car being impounded, Quicklease retains the right to pay the impounding fee charged and recover the car from impound. This impounding fee will be charged to the Hirer. Additional charges also apply as per contract terms and conditions.

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE DETAILS OF DAMAGES EXCESSES, THEIR AMOUNT AND HOW I WILL BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE OR THEFT?

Excesses will vary, depending on the vehicle category. Our staff, either in the Reservations Department or at the counter, will be happy to inform you about the excess corresponding to the vehicle category you wish to rent.
If new damage is noted when the vehicle is returned, you will be charged the corresponding amount and should the final repair cost (including any applicable administration or immobilization charges) be lower than the excess charged, the difference will be reimbursed. However, a police report is mandatory for any new damages.

DO I NEED TO CARRY OUT ANY VEHICLE MAINTENANCE DURING THE RENTAL?

Our vehicles are ready to rent once they have successfully passed all the preparation checks. The vehicle should be serviced as per the service tag found on the windscreen of the car. Hirer should inform the operations when the service mileage is reached, and the operations will organize a replacement vehicle to be dropped to the hirer location, get the original car serviced and ready, and delivered back to the location.

WHAT TYPE OF FUEL SHOULD I PUT IN THE VEHICLE?

Information on fuel will be provided to you at counter at pick up time. In addition, the fuel type will be mentioned in the tank flap and in the vehicle manufacturer's guide that you will find in the glove box.

What do we do in the case of a breakdown or Accidents?

Quicklease Car Rental offers you 24hr breakdown and roadside assistance. And In the unforeseen circumstances of your vehicle being involved in an accident please note that the vehicle should not be moved from the point of the accident or damage, except in the case where the damage is minor and the vehicle is causing an obstruction to the traffic. You will then call the police and remain with the vehicle in order to obtain a police report to be submitted to Quicklease Car Rental so that an Insurance claim can be made. Please notify our operation department +971565071077 / +971565076010 of the incident and they will facilitate any replacement vehicle that may be required.

What kind of driver’s license is required to drive in the UAE and does it have to be an International License?

A: 1. For UAE Resident Visa Holders: A valid UAE Driving License. 
2. For Visitors (on visit/transit visa) from GCC Countries: A valid GCC country driving license.
3. For visitors from all other countries other than GCC countries (on visit/transit) : a valid international driving license.

What about traffic violations?

Most roads in U.A.E. are radar controlled and it is in your interest to adhere to the speed limits which are clearly highlighted on road signs.

Is parking available and are there any procedures?

Parking in UAE is readily available. Parking along the road side is paid parking with parking meter installed all over UAE.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OF KEYS?

In the event of loss of vehicle keys, you will need to contact the Quicklease location where you picked up the car. It could take between 24 and 48 hours for you to receive the new keys. Additional service charges will apply, as the loss of keys is not covered by our insurance and protections.

Who can rent from Quicklease and what is the minimum period of rental?

Hirers should be at least 25 years of age and should hold a valid UAE driving license (at least for 6 months) in case of UAE Residence Permit holder and an International License in case of a Tourist Permit. If the hirer is holding UAE license less than six months old and holds another valid license from any other country for more than a year old and still valid, we can hire to him / her. The minimum rental period is 48 hours from the time of renting.

Can I take the seats out of a Quicklease van?

Sorry, all seats must remain in the van.

What happens if I drop the car at a different location than where I indicated?

When you change the return location outside the city limits a location based charge may apply.

What happens if I return the car late?

An Additional day charge is applied after a 1 hour grace period from the actual time of return.

What is the policy on off-road driving?

Off-road use is a violation of the rental agreement and is not allowed.

Who is eligible to take Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)?

Any customer who has a valid UAE Driving License which is minimum 1 year old or above.

Has my personal data been shared with any other companies?

Unless you have previously provided consent, your personal data has not been shared with any companies other than Quicklease, its affiliates and licensees for marketing purposes.

What if I have a problem with the car?

You can get in touch with our roadside assistance on number +971 56 507 1077 / +971 56 507 6010, and a representative of the Quicklease Emergency Roadside Assistance Center will make arrangements for you to be on your way as quickly as possible.

Do I need to return the hired car with a full tank of fuel ?

a certain amount of fuel will be given to you at the time of rental you must return the fuel to the same level, if its less fuel charges apply.

CAN I USE A DEBIT CARD?

Yes we do accept Debit card.

CAN I CHECK RATES WITHOUT MAKING A RESERVATION?

Yes, you may request a Quicklease quotation and check vehicle availability without making a reservation. Complete only the entry page on your Quicklease website and click on "Get a quote".

HOW IS MY RENTAL RATE CALCULATED?

Your total rental rate is calculated based on the information provided at time of booking. Quoted total rate will include any extras you select during the booking process. Our counter agents will review all charges with you to ensure that your total charges meet with your approval when you pick up your car.

IS THERE MILEAGE LIMIT FOR MY RENTAL?

Quicklease car rental offers 200Kms per day and 4,500Kms per month if extended above the given limit a certain amount will be charge per Kms you can ask at the counter when you pick up your car.
